Shannon Juhan is the head of infrastructure and project finance for the private credit team at Voya Investment Management. His team is responsible for underwriting, negotiating, and managing transactions focused within infrastructure and project finance, but also energy, utilities, transportation, structured financials and sports sectors. Shannon rejoined Voya from Truist, where he was a director of energy credit products and held both risk and portfolio management roles in the energy sector. Prior to that, he worked in public equity and fixed income asset management with Buckhead Capital Management, and also served as a senior consultant in turnaround and restructuring advisory with CRG Partners, now Deloitte CRG. Previously, Shannon held several positions in private credit with Prudential Capital Group, supporting underwriting and negotiating of private transactions across investment grade, below investment grade, and mezzanine assets. Shannon earned a BBA in finance and marketing from the University of Georgia. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
