Owen Joiner is an insurance portfolio manager at Voya Investment Management focused on portfolio construction, including the design and implementation of customized investment solutions both for the Voya proprietary general account as well as its external insurance clients. Previously at Voya, Owen worked in investment risk management covering the fixed income platform and the Voya general account. Owen earned an MS in finance and a BS in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
