Owen Joiner is co-head of portfolio construction and a senior portfolio manager on the Voya Insurance Portfolio Management team. Previously at Voya, Owen worked in investment risk management covering the fixed income platform and the Voya general account. Owen earned an MS in finance and a BS in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
