Tom Emmons is managing director, co-head of direct infrastructure at Voya Investment Management, focusing on renewable energy infrastructure debt investments. Prior to joining Voya, Tom was a partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors, focusing on debt investments in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. Previously, he served as managing director and head of project finance, for the Americas region, at Rabobank, focusing exclusively on renewable energy finance. Prior to that, Tom worked in energy finance at Citibank, energy merchant banking at Bankers Trust, at Banque Paribas covering Latin America energy and mining, in project finance syndications at CSFB, and in energy finance at HSH Nordbank. He has served on the boards of SkyPower Corporation, SunEdison, LLC, and Solar Energy Industries Association. Tom is also on the Leadership Council of the Yale School of the Environment. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
