Paul Aronson is senior vice president and head of portfolio strategy for private investment grade credit and a senior portfolio manager at Voya Investment Management, responsible for internal and external client portfolios in the private credit group. As a member of the senior leadership team, Paul serves on the Voya Investment Management Credit Committee, which is responsible for approving all private credit, mortgage loan and alternative assets investments. He is also a voting member of the Voya Renewable Energy Infrastructure Debt Fund Investment Committee. Previously at Voya, Paul was head of the PCIG infrastructure group, where he was responsible for leading the investment teams that focused on investing in infrastructure, financials and asset backed financings, transportation, utilities, project finance and sports-related investment grade private debt offerings. Paul has over 30 years of capital markets experience, having previously worked at Merrill Lynch, Lincoln National and Delaware Investments and previously served on the board of directors of the Private Placement Investors Association (PPIA), an industry group comprising the 50 largest investors in the private credit market. Paul earned both an MBA and a BA from Cornell University and is a CFA® Charterholder.
