Mark Guffin is a vice president on the private credit team at Voya Investment Management. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new transactions for both Voya’s general account and third-party clients, with a focus on energy, power, transportation, and other infrastructure. Prior to Voya, he worked on the mergers and acquisitions team at The Home Depot. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Prudential Private Capital, supporting the underwriting of private energy transactions across investment grade, below investment grade and mezzanine debt. Mark graduated with a BS in finance from the University of Alabama, summa cum laude. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
