Joaquin Balaguer is a senior regional director, private equity specialist at Voya Investment Management, responsible for promoting and supporting capital raise efforts for the Pomona Investment Fund (PIF) in the Southeast region. Prior to joining Voya, Joaquin held leadership positions with some of the largest capital market managers where he developed expertise in alternative investment assets such as private credit, private equity, real estate, and energy infrastructure. Joaquin received a BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55 and 63 registrations and is a CAIA® Charterholder.
