Avi Tolani is a senior vice president and head of the enhanced middle market credit team at Voya Investment Management, responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and executing senior and junior capital solutions with a focus on high yield credits. Prior to joining Voya, Avi focused on the distressed and special situations assets, most recently as a director with Sandler O’Neill & Partners and as a vice president at Gleacher & Company, where he advised companies and creditors in executing a variety of strategic alternatives. Prior to that, Avi was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ corporate finance practice, where he executed cross-border restructuring and M&A transactions across a broad array of industries. Avi earned a BS in finance and a BA in economics from Rutgers University and was a recipient of the Outstanding Scholars Award. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
