Dan Ruether is an Insurance Portfolio Manager at Voya Investment Management, acting as a liaison between Voya and U.S. insurance company clients in the management of assets, both for Voya’s proprietary general account as well as its external insurance clients. Prior to joining Voya, Dan worked as a fixed income portfolio strategist at Allianz Investment Management, as a fixed income portfolio manager at Charles Schwab and as a securitized products trader at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He earned an MBA and a BA economics and finance from the University of St. Thomas.
